We start the day with a rich buffet breakfast at our hotel. Afterwards, we set out to explore Tbilisi, which is spread across both banks of the Kura River, where historical and modern architecture blend together, and is decorated with New Year's cheer.
Sacred and Majestic Architecture: Our first stop is the magnificent Sameba Cathedral, visible from everywhere in the city and one of the largest Orthodox churches in Georgia.
Old Tbilisi and Teleferik Pleasure: We take the teleferik up to Narikala Fortress, where we will view Tbilisi from above. After learning about the statue of Kartlis Deda (Mother Georgia), considered the protector of the city, we begin walking through the streets of Old Tbilisi.
